The New Baby

Jeremy and Sam's new baby that is. (Jennifer's
brother and sister-in-law) Gradie Marie was
born 7/16/07 at 8:10pm by c-section. She came
in at 8 lbs 10 ozs and was 18 inchs long. Mom and
baby are doing good and I think Brother and Maddie
are doing good as well. Maddie is asking to go to the
hospital to see her baby sister alot so I think she likes
being a big sister.

@ 7 months

I am now 28 weeks and 4 days. Ethan is still as active
as ever. I get good morning & good night kicks and every-
thing in between. I now have bad cravings for Coldstone's
coffee lovers only ice cream, and I don't even like coffee!!
I try to indulge just a little but I don't want to go overboard.

Hanging Rock, NC

Note the sigh behind them, so comforting to Mommy!
Finally at the top!!

This was the Hanging Rock trail. You start at an elevation of
800 ft above sea level and hike to about 2300 ft above sea level
in about 1.2 miles. It was alot of work to get two small children
and a very pregnant woman up to that point, but it was well
worth the hike and the pain that came later.

On the way back down the trail, Cole came across a turtle he named Bob.

The Falls at Hanging Rock

Window Falls
We went on these trails after we had already
hiked to Hanging Rock. They were suppose to
be marked easy, yah right, going down was the
easy part because you went down hill but coming
back up, you had stairs, lots of stairs and it was all
uphill. Needless to say, the next day was a rest day.

We visited a park in High Point the first weekend we were
down there. It was very nice because besides the huge play-
ground they had, they also had a train you can ride, a merry-go-
round and they had a pool area. We all had a good time.
